Job Description

  • Responsible for all manpower / human resources requirement of the company
  • Planning, defining, and strategizing the hiring needs
  • Proactively building robust pipeline by searching and screening candidates through recruitment channels such as internal recruitment, employee referral and direct sourcing
  • Work closely with internal business depts to derive best fit profile and practices and creating job descriptions and interviewing
  • Identify channels to recruit to ensure positions are filled on time and in budget
  • Be good at being process and document oriented

Requirements

  • Proven recruitment delivery experience within a high-tech and international environment
  • Preferably IT recruitment expertise (Software Developers and Techno Sales profile in IT industry)
  • Well versed with compliances, industry standards, documentation and entire recruitment cycle.
  • Track record in delivering against recruitment metrics such as time to hire
  • Direct sourcing experience and building candidate pipelines
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skill
